Resolved that the NWMB write a letter to the Minister of Justice, to the Minister of Sustainable Development and to the President of NTI outlining the NWMB’s authority under Section 5.6.16 of the NLCA, the Communications Plan and l process for Non-Quota Limitations approval and timing of same.
