Resolution 98-080

Resolved that the NWMB approve a quota of 500 MT of turbot for Pangnirtung HTA for the 1998 Cumberland Sound winter fishery, and that any unused quota be returned to the NWMB for re-allocation.

Resolution 98-081

Resolved that the February regular Meeting of the NWMB be confined to the three days 10-12 February 1998 in Gjoa Haven; and further that

A Special Meeting to consider research applications for 1998 funding from the Wildlife Research Trust be held March 10-12 in Iqaluit; and that

A meeting of the Wildlife Research Trust be held in Iqaluit immediately preceding the March Special Meeting; and also that

A training session for Board Members be conducted in conjunction with the March Special Meeting.
